Congratulations to all of those who ran today!
Being on the sideline cheering you all was a very emotional and inspiring journey for me! :)
I will never forget the look of strength and determination on your faces...and the look of pain in my husband's face! :( Olivia was pretty happy to jog daddy in and we are both really proud of him.
What a day to run, the wind, the cold, you outlasted it all and I hope you all go to bed with a big goofy grin feeling the pride of being a marathoner!
Congrats again, and those of you who ran all the way to a Boston qualifier, WAY TO GO! You are an inspiration to us all.

Let me add my heartfelt Congratulations to all the marathoners, first-timers (oh what a feeling!) and repeat marathoners (why do we do it again and again, ah yes now you remember as you get that medal around your neck!) and Boston qualifiers (Wow! you are amazing!).
Wear your medals proudly and remember one more quote:
"At mile 20 I thought I was dead,
At mile 22 I wished I was dead,
At mile 24 I knew I was dead,
At mile 26.2 I realized I had become too tough to kill."
Congratulations one and all!
Vicki
