We need this kind of honesty in the world.
Bob Aling was riding along side of me, for the second or third time, probably concerned about the look of agony on my face.
Bob: Hey Alastair, how do feel.
Alastair: I've felt better.
Bob: You've looked better too.
Seriously, you were everywhere you were needed, thanks Bob!
